Acacia Federal Savings Bank was recently honored by Fairfax County Public Schools in recognition of its 5-year partnership with George C. Marshall High School.

The bank has been involved in numerous activities with the high school, including providing feedback on student presentations in advance of local and national competitions, partnering with the school's environmental club to offer free community paper shreds, and hosting the high school choir during the annual year-end holiday party.

"We're very proud of this mutually beneficial partnership," said Lou Kiessling, President of Acacia Federal Savings Bank. "We have developed a solid relationship with Marshall High School, and as leaders in the community, we're pleased to play a role in their important mission of developing young adults."

"Acacia is a reliable, steadfast partner," said Jay Perason, Principal of George C. Marshall High School. "Whether refereeing a faculty-senior basketball game, hosting students in their conference room, providing table leaders for Ethics Day or funding scholarships for students, Acacia Federal Savings Bank is always willing to lend its support to George C. Marshall High School. Over the years, we learned we can always pick up the phone and ask our friends at Acacia for assistance. We are  grateful for our partnership with Acacia."
