Or, you can contact our Customer Service Team at x: 78196 and request a package complete with a paper application. Regardless of how you apply, we'll open the account with no money and you can take up to 30 days to send us a deposit.
You can work with HR to set up a direct deposit (download the form here). If you have a check that you need to deposit, send it via interoffice mail. We will also send you a supply of postage-paid envelopes to use if you're not in the office but need to mail in a deposit. When we receive a deposit in the mail, we'll mail a Customer Receipt to you for your files.
Some participating ATMs will accept deposits using your Acacia Federal Visa Check Card. However, there may not be a participating ATM near you. Be sure to check out our ATM Locator.
Online Funds Transfer allows you the option of electronically transferring funds between your Acacia Federal account and an account at another financial institution.
Using your Acacia Federal Visa Check Card, you can make cash withdrawals at any ATM -- including the one in your office building. Acacia Federal does not charge a fee to use the Visa Check Card, and we'll reimburse up to $25/month in surcharge fees (reimbursement of surcharge fees does not apply to ATM transactions outside the US).
You can also use your debit card when making purchases anywhere Visa is accepted and ask for cash back.
The Acacia Federal checking account comes with a free order of 50 personalized checks. If you'd like us to send a check to you or to a third party, simply contact our Customer Services Team at x: 78196 and make the request. Any request received by 3:30 pm EST will be sent out that day; later requests will be processed the next business day.
In addition to the completed application, please be sure to include a copy of ID (driver’s license is fine) for each signer on the account. If you’re opening the account in the name of a Trust, we’ll require a copy of the first page and signature page(s) of the Trust document.
If you’re opening the account in the name of a business or an organization, we require proof of business (i.e., the first page of a recent tax return) as well as copy of ID for all signers on the account.
Online access is free and available at www.AcaciaFederal.com. Not only can you view your account(s), you can transfer funds between accounts, view statements, and utilize free Bill Pay services. There is no problem our Customer Service Team won’t be able to address. If they can’t help you, they’ll put you in touch with someone who can. Any supporting documents we require to address the issue can be faxed or e-mailed to us. As an added bonus, you don’t have to sit in our office waiting for us to conduct our research.
